TERMS OF SHIPPING

We ship photography and design pieces with insured couriers only. The insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the entire value of the artwork. You will be insured from potential theft and damages during the shipment. We ship books with regular couriers, unless otherwise required by the client.

Before accepting the package, make sure you control that the box is intact and dry.

We recommend signing with reserve.

 

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME

Costs vary depending on the country of destination. As indicative ranges for shipping to Italy and Europe please consider €30-€40 for design, €20-€30 for photography and €10-€20 for books.

For countries outside EU shipping costs may be higher.

If you live outside the EU please be informed that you might incur into custom duties, that will be entirely charged on you

The delivery time is 3 working days for Italy, for Europe the delivery will take from 4-8 working days. A longer time might be required to deliver outside the EU.

 

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED?

When the courier delivers your order, you should check that everything is in order and the box isn’t damaged or wet. Anyway, we recommend you accept the parcel with reserve.

If once you open the package you find out that the item is broken or damaged, you must contact us within 24 h from the delivery date and send us detailed pictures that attest the damage. We will liaise with the courier company and we will let you know how to proceed.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date.

If you want to arrange a return, please send us an email to info@copulagallery.com or call us +39 3405865760.

We will send you an email with a return form document and details. Without this document you cannot return any item. You must carefully pack the artwork, possibly with the same packaging material you received, and send it to the address we will provide.

We can arrange the pickup for you with our courier, but please bear in mind that shipping costs and any damages connected to the returning process will be on your charge. We highly recommend insuring your return shipments.

Once the item is received by us and we checked that it has not been damaged we will refund you within 10 days.
